Hello. Sorry for the confusion. The insurance company wants a repair estimate. If the laptop is unable to be repaired they will then issue me a check and I can purchase a new computer from you. On the phone I was told the laptop can not be repaired. I need an email saying that it cannot be repaired in or out of warranty. Thank you -Andy
