I understand from your e-mail that you own a HP TouchSmart tx2z-1300 CTO Notebook PC and have issue with the screen and wish to know if you can claim insurance for the repair.

Andrew, The accidental damage is not covered under warranty and the notebook cannot be repaired for free in our service center. However if you wish we can pick the notebook in our service center for service. The repair cost will have to be paid by you.

problem description : I shattered the screen on my touchsmart laptop. I have spoken with the repair department on the phone and they informed me that the type of damage caused to my laptop makes the screen unreplaceable.
