Important Notice Regarding Your Wireless Data Plan

Dear ANDREW BUNCH,

Thank you for using AT&T for your wireless communication service needs. Our records indicate
that you activated service on the $15/month DataPlus 200MB for iPhone Personal through our Premier online
ordering system ("Premier") on 6-15-10. It has come to our attention that, at the time of
your online purchase, Premier incorrectly indicated that you would receive a 18% corporate
monthly service discount on such plan. Unfortunately, such plan is not eligible for service
discounts, which is why your monthly invoice does not include any discount and reflects the $15
(non-discounted) monthly service charge.

As a result of this system error, we will be crediting your account $8.1, which reflects the
difference between the discounted monthly service charge displayed by Premier and the non-discounted
$15 monthly service charge for three billing cycles. This credit will reflect on your bill
within 1 - 2 billing cycles. PLEASE NOTE, HOWEVER, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $15 MONTHLY SERVICE
CHARGE GOING FORWARD AND WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT CREDITS.

IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO REMAIN ON SERVICE SUBJECT TO THE $15 MONTHLY SERVICE CHARGE, YOU MAY
TERMINATE YOUR SERVICE AGREEMENT WITHOUT PAYING AN EARLY TERMINATION FEE PROVIDED YOUR NOTICE
OF TERMINATION IS DELIVERED TO US BY OCTOBER 3, 2010.

If we do not hear from you by October 3, 2010, we will assume that you agree to pay the $15
monthly service charge. AT&T regrets any inconvenience this may have caused and
appreciates your continued business.
