Instructions for viewing your required documents on Anchor Access*

1. Go to my.lssu.edu <http://my.lssu.edu>
2. Enter your user I.D. and Password
3. Click on "Anchor Access" (Located in the box labeled "LSSU Web
Services")
4. Click on "Financial Aid"
5. Click on "Eligibility"
6. Click on "Student Requirements"
7. Select Aid Year "Financial Aid 2009-2010" and then click "Submit
8. **Contact the Financial Aid Office <mailto:finaid@lssu.edu> at
906.635.2678 if you have any questions**

*Helpful Hints*

* To log in for the first time, go to http://my.lssu.edu
<mailto:http://my.lssu.edu>.
* Your user name is the first initial of your first name, followed
by your last name.
* If another user already has this user name, your middle initial
will be added after the first initial of your first name.
* Your password will be your birth date MMDDYY – 6 digits long. Once
you access My LSSU, you may change your password by clicking "My
Account."
* If you have any problems logging in, please contact the Student
Service Counter or Registrar's Office by e-mail: register@lssu.edu

* If you have forgotten your password, you will need to show picture
ID at the Student Service Counter to have your password reset.
