Financial Aid - LSSU

*** LSSU FINANCIAL AID ***

If you are getting financial aid from LSSU, please be sure to read the
following!!

_*_*New Guideline: Students who are taking Bay College and LSSU courses
need to fill out the Consortium Form!! If you are only taking LSSU
course you will not longer need to fill out the Consortium Form.*_*_

Turn the following in to Diane: _No later than 5pm Friday, August 20th _

1. Consortium Form (due EVERY semester).
Fall 2010 _are due August 20th
_** Consortium Form attached or stop by the Regional Center for the forms.

2. Attach your Bay Fall 2010 tuition statement. (Showing course enrolled
in and amount due/paid).

****ALSO**** - If have Bay classes and are getting financial aid from
LSSU....
we want you to ensure that your Bay classes do not get dropped. Bay
College tuition is due _Friday, August 6th_ they will be dropping
students for non-payment on _Monday, August 9th_. Fill out the deferment
form attached so this does not happen
and turn in to Ruth Germain at Bay College-Student Services before
Friday, August 6th.
