	Seller updates coming: Are you ready? Dear sonofabunch: We're writing to remind you about some important seller updates, announced last month, coming soon. More detailed values for item condition To help set buyer expectations and reduce buyer questions, a more descriptive set of item condition values is now available in many categories. If you haven't already, you'll want to start using the new values in your listings right away. In some categories, for listings that already have item condition specified, the old values can be mapped automatically to the new ones. In other categories, you'll need to select a new value when you list and re-list. Updating your listing templates and the new bulk editing functionality can help. New seller standard: Buyer Protection cases counted along with low DSRs. You're on the right track! Coming in September: Item Not Received and Item Not As Described cases will be considered along with low DSRs to evaluate and reward great customer service. You're right on track to meet this new requirement. You can monitor your status on your Seller Dashboard. Other updates coming: New functionality and tools to make it faster and easier to edit, list, and relist multiple items--up to 5,000 listings at once Changes to Payment and Leave Feedback email reminders Anonymous email addresses to keep member-to member communications secure before the transaction takes place. Email addresses will be shared only after a transaction is complete.
