1 To be eligible for the Wells Fargo® Visa® Gift Card, an application must be submitted to the Wells Fargo Home Equity Group, a division of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., for a new home equity loan or line of credit beginning April 16, 2010 to June 30, 2010 and account opening for approved applications must occur on or before September 30, 2010. To be eligible for the $200 Wells Fargo Visa Gift Card, there must be a funded balance of at least $50,000 within 60 days after account opening. To be eligible for the $100 Wells Fargo® Visa® Gift Card, there must be a funded balance of $25,000 to $49,999 within 60 days after account opening. To qualify for the funded balance requirement the advance request must post to the account by the 60th day. The Gift Card will be mailed within 90 days after account opening. Each borrower and mortgagor will be required to complete a Gift Card Promotion Eligibility Form at closing and failure to complete the form will result in ineligibility to receive the Gift Card. Under federal law the borrower or any mortgagor cannot: (i) be a full or part-time student of an institution of higher education and (ii) have received this promotion at their residence on or near an institution of higher education or at a Wells Fargo location that is near an institution of higher education. An institution of higher education can be a university, college, vocational school, or other post-secondary school. If a borrower or any mortgagor is not eligible to receive the Gift Card for this reason only, they may be eligible to receive a credit to the account principal balance. Accounts must be in good standing and must be open for 60 days to be eligible for this promotion. This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion. Limited to one Gift Card per account. No replacements will be issued for lost, stolen or damaged cards. Available only for applications submitted in Wells Fargo branches, through the Internet, by phone, or with a Home Mortgage Consultant. Not available for applications of credit that close simultaneously with a Wells Fargo Home Mortgage first loan or for applications submitted through a mortgage broker.
